3) Food Bio-technologies.

4) Bio-fertilizer techniques 

5) Bio-pesticides techniques.

6) Animal biotechnologies. 

7) Plant pathology bio-techniques.

8) Economics and Extension of applying Agricultural Biotechnologies.

Conference language: 

The main language for the Conference is English. Presentation of scientific articles either orally or in poster will be in English only. 

Closing date:

Deadline for submitting full paper must be at 10th of January 2012. 

Conference venue:

Opening ceremony and sessions of the first day will be in Faculty of Agriculture at Moshtohor – Benha University, 30 km north of Cairo.

Scientific sessions of the following days will be in Hurghada Conference Hall, Red Sea Governorate, Egypt.

Scientific Exhibition:

A Scientific Exhibition will be established during the days of the conference to exhibit all agricultural products, bio-technology equipments and techniques, pesticides, …… etc.

Conference Hotel:

The conference will be held in 4 stars hotel in Hurghada (All inclusive). The information about the hotel could be known from the following website:

Conference fees and payment:

Fees include the registration of the conference, coffee breaks, proceedings book and CD, bag, bus transportation between Cairo and Hurghada and full board double bed room accommodation depending on the following fees category:

Optional site seeing tours will be arranged for the participants at conference nights on their own. 

Regulations for articles submission & format:

• Each article will be refereed by two reviewers and forwarded to the authors to consider their comments.

• Software used for writing up the articles would be Microsoft Word (Office 2000 or Office XP). Only emailed articles, double spaced A4 page size and lines numbered are accepted. with top and bottom margins of 2.5 cm and left and right sides of 2.0 cm. The font (Times New Roman) must be 12 for titles and font 10 for the full text.

• Following the title, author(s) name(s) (with initials preceding) and address(es), articles are often divided into the following sections: Abstract (not more than 250 words), Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results and Discussion, Conclusions, Acknowledgment(s) and References.

• Leave a line between Title and authors names and between authors name and affiliations.

• Sub-titles are written in italics (Times New Roman, Font 12) with only the first letter of the first word in capital.

• Enumerations zero to ten should be spelled, e.g. zero, one, two, etc. Values greater than ten or that followed by abbreviated units should be written in Arabic numerals. e.g. 24 plants.

• Tables must be legible, self explained and with suitable size. Avoid, as possible, tables in horizontal direction or in more than one page. Tables fonts; 

• Title & headings font 11 bold, numbers font 11 regular. The table heading is written as: Table 2 and footnotes are referred to by numbers 1, 2, ..

• Photos, tables, and figures should be placed within the text and Table's format is essential to construct.

• In the references section, each reference is shown in the following order; name of author(s), Year, title and editing authority, plus publishing Co. in case of books and symposia. In case of periodicals, the volume No. is followed by the number of the first page of the article. For the names and year font must be 11 bold, other font must be 11 regular.

• Key words position after the English Abstract, not more than five key words, font 11 italic. Key words: Cotton, biotechnology, ….

• Arabic Abstract is encouraged with 12 bold Font type of Simplified Arabic for the Title, authors' names, while affiliations and text of font 11 regular.

• The scientific committee will handle the reviewing of the paper and the reviewers' comments will be emailed to the authors to submit a final electronic format draft (email or CD).
