Qulubia governor and BU president congratulate Bishop/ Maksimos on his promotion to the archbishop position

Major General/ Abdel Hamid EL-Hagan, Qulubia governor, Prof.Dr. Gamal Sosa, the BU president and Major General/ Khalid Nabil, the head of administrative supervisory authority office congratulate Bishop/ Maksimos of Benha and Qwisna on his promotion to the archbishop position. This is done in the presence of Prof.Dr. Khaled Fouda, the vice president of community service and environment development sector, Ms. Shrien Shawky, the secretary-general of the University, the assistant-secretary-generals and several priests of the church.
