The Leadership Selection Committee in Benha University has held interviews today to the applicants for the University leadership positions which include the following positions; the general manager of administrative security and the general manager of accounts and budget.
It is worth mention that the Leadership Selection Committee has held its interviews under auspices of Prof. Dr. Sosa, Benha University President, Prof.Dr.Nasser El Gizawy, the University Vice-president for Postgraduate Studies and Researches' Affairs Prof.Dr.Ashraf Shams El Din, Faculty of Law dean, Prof.Dr.Amr Mustafa, Faculty of Agriculture dean at Cairo University and Dr.Hany Mahmoud, the professor at Faculty of Veterinary Medicine and other members. Prof.Dr.Gamal Sosa and other members of the committee listened to the proposals and ideas of applicants, their way to manage the sectors they applied for, their vision for development, the speed of work completion, the ability to make decisions and solve problems.

The Leadership Selection Committee in Benha University has held interviews today to the applicants for the University leadership positions which include the renewal for the following positions; general manager of Youth welfare, general manager of University hostels, general manager of Public Relation and Scientific Affairs, general manager of Engineering affairs and general manager of Education and Student Affairs.
It is worth mention that the Leadership Selection Committee has held its interviews under auspices of Prof. Dr. Sosa, Benha University President, Prof.Dr.Nasser El Gizawy, the University Vice-president for Postgraduate Studies and Researches' Affairs Prof.Dr.Ashraf Shams El Din , Faculty of Law dean, Prof.Dr.Amr Mustafa , Faculty of Agriculture dean at Cairo University and Dr.Hany Mahmoud , the professor at Faculty of Veterinary Medicine and other members. The Committee has held its meeting today to conduct interviews with the employees applying for the supervision positions and the Committee listened to the proposals, ideas of job applicants, the way they manage the sectors they have applied for, their vision for development, the speed of completion work, and the ability to make decisions and solve problems. El Gizawy stressed that the selection of applicants for leadership positions is carried out through the committee and in accordance with the necessary criteria to select the most qualified and appropriate among them to occupy leadership positions at the university.

Leadership Committee at Benha University held its meeting with applicants who applied for following positions; Education Affairs manager at Faculty of Education, The great hall and the Conferences hall manager, Public Relation manager and Education Affairs manager at faculty of Computers and Artificial Intelligence. The Committee was held under presidency of Prof. Tamer Samir, Benha University Vice-president for Education and Students' Affairs and membership of Dr. Mohamed Mansour, the Faculty of Law deputy.
The Committee listened to their opinions, plans, vision and the ability to make decisions and solve problems. For his part, Prof.Tamer Samir confirmed that the selection of leaders is done according to their efficiency, previous performance and Experience.

The Committee was held under presidency of Prof. Tamer Samir, Benha University Vice-president for Education and Students' Affairs and membership of Dr. Gamal Soussa, the supervisor on Community Service Sector and Dr. Mohamed Mansour, the Faculty of Law deputy. The Committee listened to their opinions, plans, vision and the ability to make decisions and solve problems. The committee was held under presidency of Prof. Tamer Samir, Benha University Vice-president for Education and Students` Affairs and membership of the following members; Dr. Mohamed Mansour, The Dean at Faculty of Law, Mr. Ayman Bayoumy , the acting secretary of Benha University and Mr. Mahmoud Ebaid , The Manager of Benha University President Office .

The Committee has received all applicants for the following positions; the University Secretary, The Director-General of Engineering Affairs and Director-General of Scientific and Cultural Relations of the University.
The interview also was held to renew the work period for seven leadership positions as following; Director-General of Youth Welfare , Director – General of University Hostels , Secretary of the University Board,Faculty of Commerce Manager , Director General of Accounts and Budget, Director General of Legal Affairs and Administrative Affairs Manager.
