Prof. Dr. Nasser El Gizawy, the acting president of Benha University, inaugurated "Leadership and Influence Program" which is approved by the Supreme Council of Universities and aims to qualify candidates for Faculties' Deanship. El Gizawy said that the program is organized by Faculty and Leadership Development Center (FLDC) and it lasts for three days; totally 18 training hours.
El Gizawy also mentioned that the program discusses the following aspects; Effective communication skills, dealing with others, leadership, Supervision and team management skills, Problem-solving and Decision-making skills, Legal and financial aspects of universities, Time and meeting management, Anti-corruption and Spreading values of integrity and transparency. On the other hand, Dr.Hany Shehta, the manager of Faculty and Leadership Development Center (FLDC) said that all session are delivered by a number of scientific and academic leaders at Benha University and he also said that the number of participants in the course so far has reached about 20 trainees.

The Supreme Council of Universities announces the first list of candidates for Benha University presidency which included; Prof.Dr.Nasser El Gizawy, the acting president of Benha University, Prof. Tamer Samir, Benha University Vice-president for Education and Students' Affairs, Prof.Dr. Mohamed Fahmy Shendy, Prof.Dr.Gamal El Sayed Abd El Aziz, Prof.Dr. Abeer Fatah Allah El Rabat, Prof.Dr.Hamdy Ahmed Abdou , Prof.Dr.Gamal Abd El Rahim Soussa.On the other hand , A special committee form the Supreme Council is going to receive all appeals from 4-552021 and the final list will be declared in 1052021.

Prof.Dr.Nasser El Gizawy, the acting president of Benha University said that the Supreme Council of Universities announces the final list of candidates for Benha University presidency after checking all appeals in 1052021 according to the schedule and he added that the list of candidates included seven candidates as following; Prof.Dr.Nasser El Gizawy, the acting president of Benha University, Prof. Tamer Samir, Benha University Vice-president for Education and Students' Affairs, Prof.Dr. Mohamed Fahmy Shendy, Prof.Dr.Gamal El Sayed Abd El Aziz, Prof.Dr. Abeer Fatah Allah El Rabat, Prof.Dr.Hamdy Ahmed Abdou, Prof.Dr.Gamal Abd El Rahim Soussa. It is worth mentioning that the personal interviews for candidates are going to start in 1062021 according to the previous schedule.
