Prof. Dr. Gamal Soussa, Benha University president has received a delegation from the Coptic Orthodox Church headed by Anba Maximus, the Bishop of Benha, Quesna, and their environs; in addition, Father Gerges Zaki, the Priest of the Church of the Virgin Mary in Benha to congratulate him after appointing him as Benha University President .
The meeting was held in presence of Prof. Tamer Samir, Benha University Vice-president for Education and Students 'Affairs, Prof. Dr. Nasser El Gizawy, Benha University Vice President for Post graduate Studies and Scientific Research. During the meeting, Dr.Gamal Soussa asserted the strong fraternal relations among the people of Qalyubia Governorate and the Egyptian people, which is evident in religious holidays and various national occasions.

Benha University council, under the presidency of prof.Dr. Gamal EL-Saeid, has witnessed honoring the third delegation of doctors at the isolation hospital in Quha in appreciation of their efforts to fight the outbreak of covid-19 pandemic.

Benha University President meets a Delegation from the Embassy of Indonesia Prof. Dr. Ali Shams El Din, the President of Benha University has met a delegation from the Embassy of Indonesia in Cairo to discuss the cooperation ways between the two sides.

The delegation has included Mrs. Lawty Sotiga, Media and Cultural Chancellor of the Embassy and Dr. Saied El Safa, the Professor of the Arab Literature in Gadjah Mada University. The meeting has been attended by Prof. Dr. Gamal Ismail, the University Vice-president for Community Service and Environment Development; Prof. Dr. Hesham Abu El Enin, the University Vice-president for Postgraduate Studies and Researches' Affairs; and Dr. El Sawy El Sawy, the Professor at the University.

The International Conference of Higher Education held in Cape Town, South Africa has been launched with participation of more than 800 universities and education institutions from 90 countries.
It is worth mentioning that Egypt has been represented by the Secretary General of the Supreme Council of Universities “SCU” in addition to Benha and Alexandria Universities. 

Prof. Dr. Ali Shams El Din, the President of Benha University has received a delegation headed by Dr. Mayumi Terrano, the President of the Japanese International Cooperation Agency “JICA” in the presence of Prof. Dr. Gamal Ismail, the University Vice-president for Community Service and Environment Development Affairs and Prof. Dr. Sameh Nada, the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering in Benha

Dr. Ashraf El Shihy, the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research and Dr. Ashraf Hatem, the Secretary General of the Supreme Council of Universities in addition to some presidents of Egyptian universities have participated in the events of the Ministries of Higher Education Forum in London.

       Prof. Dr. Ali Shams El Din, the President of Benha University has received a delegation from the embassy of USA in Cairo under the presidential of Mr. Adnan Sedky, the Advisor of the Cultural and Information Affairs at the embassy and in the presence of Prof. Dr. Hesham Abu El Enin, the University Vice-president for Postgraduate Studies and Researches' Affairs.

      A delegation from Benha University is participating now in the Global Higher Education Exhibition which still to the 22nd April 2015 at the Oman International Exhibition Centre in Muscat, Oman. It is worth mentioning that the delegation is under the presidency of Prof. Dr. Gamal Ismail, the University Vice-president for Community Service and Environment Development.
