On Saturday, BU president inspects the wheat farms and the productive units at the faculty of agriculture in Moshtohor. He was accompanied by prof.Dr. Mahmoud EL-Zabalaway, the faculty’s dean, the faculty’s vice deans and the faculty members. On the other side, BU president inspects the greenhouses to produce organic vegetables ordering that the productions of these greenhouses should be increased in order to be sold to the citizens at low prices.

Prof.Dr. Tamer Samir, the vice president of the educational and students affairs pays a sudden visit to the faculty of agriculture as he was hosted by the prof.Dr. Mahmoud Iraqi, the dean of the faculty and its deputies.

Prof. Dr. Nasser El Gizawy, the acting president of Benha University has appointed Dr.Mahmoud Maghraby Iraqi, the professor at department of Animal Production as acting dean at Faculty of Agriculture. The animal farm in the faculty of agriculture announces buying 15 tons of calf feed.

Despite of its establishment in 2014; the Agricultural Research Center in the Faculty of Agriculture in Moshtohor, Benha University has witnessed a significant shift in its way to achieve its desired objectives depending on experiences of its professors and researches. The Center has become a destination for many countries like China, India and Spain as well as many Arab and African countries.

Under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Ali Shams El Din, the President of Benha University; the faculty of agriculture in Moshtohor has received on Monday, 20/06/2016 Dr. Mayumi Tejano, the Chancellor of Japan International Cooperation Agency “JICA” by Prof. Dr. Mahmoud Iraqy, the faculty dean and Prof. Dr. Nasser El Gizawy, the faculty vice-dean for postgraduate studies and researches' affairs to discuss the technical cooperation ways in all fields. It is worth mentioning that JICA aims to transfer the technology and knowledge around the world.

Faculty of Agriculture has held a seminar about bad effects of smoking on Wednesday, 11\11\2015 under auspices of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud Iraqi, the Faculty dean, Prof.Dr. Ahmed Ashour, the Faculty deputy of Community service and Environment Affairs. The Seminar was delivered by Prof. Dr. Ahmed El Gazar, professor of Chest medicine at faculty of Medicine.
