Memorandum of Understanding between Benha University and Hashemite University
Benha University delegation participated in the International Exhibition and Conference for Higher Education for the Middle East (Taleem2015) which includes Prof. Dr. Hesham Abu El Enin, the University Vice-president for Postgraduate Studies and Researches’ Affairs; Prof. Dr. Hosny Mahran, the Dean of the Faculty of Commerce; and Prof. Dr. Nasser El Gizawy, the Director of the University E-portal have visited the Hashemite University to sign a memorandum of understanding between the two universities as a beginning for the mutual cooperation.
Shams: Holding the 1st Forum of the British Universities in Cairo next October
Prof. Dr. Ali Shams El Din, the President of Benha University and the member of the delegation participated in the Higher Education Going Global Conference 2015 in Britain said that the Egyptian delegation has attended several intensive meetings with the education officials in the Ministry of Business and Innovation to discuss the cooperation ways between Egyptian and British sides. He also added that the two sides have agreed to hold a forum for the Egyptian and British universities during the next October in Cairo.
NAQAAE participates in the Higher Education Going Global Conference 2015, Britain
Dr. Johansen Yahya Eid, the Head of the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Education (NAQAAE) has participated in the Higher Education Going Global Conference 2015 which held in Britain and with participation of Egyptian universities (Benha – Ain Shams – Helwan).
Prof. Dr. El Sayed Abdel Khalek and the British Ambassador discuss the Ways to reform Education
Today, 03/03/2015, Sir/ John Kasn, the British Ambassador in Cairo and Prof. Dr. El Sayed Abdel Khalek, the Minister of Higher Education will open the first discussion session between Egypt and the United Kingdom “UK” on “Policies of developing the higher education between the two countries. Prof. Dr. Ali Shams El Din, the President of Benha University said that meeting will include the presidents of the Egyptian universities through holding three scientific sessions about the education ways in Egypt and UK under the title of “the Current Situation and the Future Vision of the Universities”.

In the frame of cooperation between the Ministry of Higher Education and the Ministry of Youth, Ibdaa Festival 3 “Sharjah Cultural Award for the Youth in the Egyptian Universities and Higher Institutes” has been launched on Saturday, 31/01/2015 at the Youth City in Alexandria. It is worth mentioning that Benha University within participants in that festival.
