In the frame of cooperation between the Ministry of Higher Education and the Ministry of Youth, Ibdaa Festival 3 “Sharjah Cultural Award for the Youth in the Egyptian Universities and Higher Institutes” has been launched on Saturday, 31/01/2015 at the Youth City in Alexandria.
