The central administration of scholarships in the ministry of higher education along with the Japan international cooperation agency announce the unified annual program (part two) of the scholarships plan of the fifth year 2021/2022 in the five year plan 2017/2022 that includes the Japanese- Egyptian initiative of Education" EJEB".

Prof.Dr.Nasser El Gizawy, the acting president of Benha University discussed online with Professor .Dou Xiankang, Wuhan University President the granted scholarships from both Universities at various specialties. The meeting was held online in presence of Dr.Aref Soliman, Faculty of Engineering dean, Dr.Mustafa Rashid, faculty of Commerce dean and Dr.Hala Helmy Zayed, Faculty of Computer and Artificial Intelligence dean.
During the meeting, Prof.Dr. Nasser El Gizawy confirmed that Benha University is keen to open up to the world by strengthening cooperation bonds and forming partnerships between Benha University and various major international universities. For his part, Dr. Hazem Elewa, the coordinator of the meeting mentioned that Wuhan University is one of the most prestigious universities in the world, as it is ranked among the best 350 universities in the world.

Prof. Dr. Nasser El Gizawy, the acting president of Benha University announced that Benha University has extended applying for the submitted scholarships for master and PhD students' form Chinese Universities such as Wuhan University, Xi'an University - Central China University and Wuhan Technology University.
. El Gizawy said that these scholarships comes in the frame of the signed cooperation protocol among Benha University and the Chinese Universities for researchers of master and doctoral at the following faculties; Engineering , Science , agriculture , Medicine , Veterinary Medicine , Computers and Commerce. Prof. Dr. Nasser El Gizawy, Benha University Vice-president for Post Graduate Studies and Researches' Affairs said that the University got 14 Followships and 5 scholarships in addition to one joint supervision mission within the eighth 5 years plan of missions 2017-2022 by the competitive system between the applicants, adding that the delegation countries varied between America, Germany, Canada, Japan and Italy, confirming that scholarships included faculty members and researchers from the faculties of veterinary medicine, science, agriculture, arts, engineering in Benha, and commerce.

Prof.Dr. El-Sayed El-Kady, the university president declares that it is time to apply for scholarships in the Chinese universities. These scholarships are in the frame of the university delegation and the university president visit to China and the visit was too successful to get 100 scholarships for the next five years.  The university president asserts that cultural relationships department in the university sends many letters to the universities’ faculties let them know about these scholarships for all students and faculties’ members to maintain the principle of transparency. He stresses that the deadline to apply for these scholarships is 15-1-2017. The university president adds that the required documents for application are the following; the scientific certificates, 2 recommendation letters in the major, a photo copy of the passport and the medical test, an English language written plan, and a certificate of English language fluency, a photo copy of the published researches and personal photo. The university president states that there are five scholarships for five years in different disciplines at Wuhan University. These
