On February 18th, 2014, à Paris, Cosimo Lacirignola, Secretary General of CIHEAM, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Supreme Council of Egyptian Universities represented by Prof. Ali Shams El Din accompanied by Dr. Amal El- Sabban, Cultural Attaché of the Egyptian Embassy to France. This MoU puts emphasis on diploma recognition, quality research and introduces interchanges at the level of PhD cycles.

       According to the University council resolution for improving the international rank of the University website, it has been approved to hold a workshop on Sunday, 12\01\2014, 12:00 pm at the Great hall of Celebrations about Improving Sites and Uploading Researches and Courses. 

    According to the Executive program between Egypt and India, it has approved to open registration of scholarships ICCR for the academic year 2014\2015 at the following fields; Engineering- Sciences – Agriculture to get the doctoral degree from 3 to 4 years.
