Benha University congratulates Prof.Dr. Yosry EL-Saied RizkHais , the head of the cardiology surgery department at the faculty of medicine on being the manager of the university hospitals for one year wishing him great success in his new position. 

      Benha University congratulates Prof.Dr. Khalid Hasan Eisawi, the lecturer of mathematics department at the faculty of engineering in Shubra on being the General Coordinator of the student activities and initiatives for one year wishing him great success in his new position. 

    The University council approves that there is a cooperation protocol between Benha University and Rennes University. Prof. Dr. El-Sayed Fouda, the dean of the faculty of law at Benha University signs the protocol with Prof. Dr. Julian budu, the dean of the faculty of law at the University of Rennes during his visit to France. The protocol sets forth that curriculums should be classified into two parts: the parts that will be taught using the French language and the parts that will be taught using Arabic language. Prof. Dr. El-Sayed Fouda, the dean of the faculty of law indicates that this protocol will be put into action in Mars, 2017 when the president of the University of Rennes meets the president of the University of Benha to initiate the academic year 2017/2018.

The Faculty council has been met on Monday, 20\11\2016 in its session No.420 under auspices of Prof.Dr. Mahmoud Iraqi, the Faculty dean, the Faculty deputies', the faculty members'' staff and in presence of Prof.Dr. Ali Shams El Din, Ex- president of Benha University

Prof. Dr. Gamal Ismail, the acting president of the university met Prof. Dr. Badr EL-din EL- Bogdady, the expert and the academic advisor for the expert" institution. This meeting was held in the presence of prof.Dr.Hesham Abu El-Enin, the vice president of the post-graduate studies and research and prof. Dr. Mahmoud Eraqy, the faculty dean. The meeting aimed at cementing the cooperation relationships between the university and the institution. 

Prof.Dr. Gamal Ismael, Benha University Vice-president for Community Service and Environment Affairs participated at the National Day celebrations of Al – Qaliubiya Governorate in presence of Dr.Reda Farahat, Al Qaliubiya governor, deputies of cities, executive leaders at the governorate, parliament members.    Prof.Dr. Gamal Ismael declared that Benha University has a strong coordination between the University and executive leaders at the governorate and it will continue its role in serving people at the Governorate by introducing free courses for students, medical care, medical campaign, curing virus C, agricultural campaign and other services. 

Prof.Dr.El Sayed El Kady, the President of Benha University has approved to establish a unit to market scientific research and link it with our community. He pointed that; this Unit will include branches at all faculties. He also mentioned that, the new Unit will reduce the burden on the general budget in addition to supporting the national industry projects and developing it.

Prof.Dr. Sayed El Kady, the President of Benha University has inspected playgrounds at Faculty of Physical Education in presence of Dr.Khaled Esawy, the General Coordinator of students’ activities, Mr. Waheed Khalawy, The General Secretary of the University and Mr. Zain Sarhan, the General Manager of Security at the University. The University president has confirmed that he will pay more attention for sport activities at the University and prepare its buildings and playgrounds for the new academic year 2016\2017.

Prof.Dr. El Sayed Yusuf El Kady, the President of Benha University inspects faculty of Education in presence of Prof.Dr. Ibrahim Foudah , the Faculty dean ,Dr. Khaled Esawy, the General coordinator of students’ activities and Mr. Waheed Khalawy, the General Secretary of the University. The University President held a meeting with the Faculty staff and leaderships to discuss several issues which relates to students and alumni and how to help students and prepare them for labor market. He also met several students from different years and listened to their complaints and opinions about studying at the Faculty.

       Prof.Dr.El Sayed Yusuf El Kady, the President of Benha University received Prof.Dr. Ashraf Al-Shehhi - Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research who visited Benha University in 26\9\2016 to launch "We Love Egypt Initiative" from faculty of Arts then, they held open meeting with students to discuss several topics with them, in addition to visiting faculty of Nursing and Education to inspect the educational process.
