Benha University has participated in an international workshop about the National Qualifications Framework «NQF» which organized by the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Education «NAQAAE» at Hilton Ramses Hotel, Cairo in the duration from Sunday, 15/05/2016 to Monday, 16/05/2016.
It is worth mentioning that Benha University has been represented by Prof. Dr. Ali Shams El Din, the University President; Prof. Dr. Ghazy M.R. Assassa, the Advisor to the University President for Information Technology and the University CIO; and Prof. Dr. Hanan El Tobgy, the Quality Expert in the Faculty of Engineering at Shubra.

Benha University has participated in the opening of 2016 World-Class Universities Expo in Xi'an, China with participation of more than 100 world universities like Cambridge, Liverpool, Oxford, California, Chicago and Michigan.
It is worth mentioning that Benha University has represented Egypt in that Expo in the frame of Xi'an University celebration with its 120th anniversary of its foundation.

The delegation of Benha University has reached to Riyadh to participate in the International Exhibition and Conference on Higher Education 2016 which will be held on Tuesday, 12/4/2016 to Thursday, 14/04/2016. The delegation of Benha University has been headed by Prof. Dr. Soliman Mustafa, the University Vice-president for Education and Students' Affairs.

Benha University has participated by a delegation from the faculty of education in the events of the 5th Scientific and 3rd International Conference organized by the faculty of education, Port Said University under the title of “Egyptian school in the 21th century in the light of global trends for education”.
In the same context, Dr. Alaa Saad El Din, the Professor at the faculty of education and the director of FLDC, Benha University said the faculty has participated by a scientific research under the title of “Science and Technology Excellence Schools: Opportunities and Challenges”. 

A delegation from Benha University included Prof. Dr. Gamal Ismail, the University Vice-president for Community Service and environment Development Affairs and Prof. Dr. El Sayed Foda, the Dean of the Faculty of Law participated in the International Exhibition on Higher Education 2016 in the Sultanate of Oman.
It is worth mentioning that Benha University pavilion attracted students of postgraduate studies in the disciplines of law, engineering, information technology, business administration, Arabic, human resources, and veterinary medicine. 

Prof. Dr. Gamal Ismail, the University Vice-president for Community Service and environment Development Affairs; Prof. Dr. El Sayed Foda, the Dean of the Faculty of Law; and Prof. Dr. Sameh Nada, the Dean of Benha Faculty of Engineering have received the Omani Minister of Sports to open Benha University Pavilion in the International Exhibition on Higher Education, Oman 2016.

The pavilion of Benha University in the International Exhibition on Higher Education 2016 in Oman has attracted a large number of students to ask about education programs in the Egyptian universities.
In the same context, Prof. Dr. Gamal Ismail, the University Vice-president for Community Service and environment Development Affairs said the pavilion has attracted a large number of participants from various Arab countries to review and discuss the various education programs in Benha University indicating that more than 200 Arab and international universities and faculties participated in the Exhibition.

Prof.Dr. Ghazi Asasa,The University President's Advisor for Information Technology stated that Benha University has participated in a training course under auspices of the Egyptian Knowledge Bank (EKB). This course was held from 24/4/2016 to 28/4/2014 at the central library of the faulty of agriculture, Cairo University. The delegation included managers of IT Units and Libraries at the University.                                                                                                                

Dr. Reda Farahat, El Qaliubiya Governor, Prof.Dr. Ali Shams El Din, the University President, Jill Hevart, the Belgian ambassador at Cairo and the University deputies opened   new building at faculty of Agriculture they are as following; Chemistry department building, Soil department building , Animal Production department building and having a look at building works of Agricultural Engineering building

Prof.Dr. Nasser El Gezawy, the Faculty deputy of Post graduate Studies and Researches announced that International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI) is going to launch its program on 1\3\2016 at Conrad Hotel, and it will be about Support Strategies of Food Polices. The program is funded from U.S. Agency for International Development and it aims to increase income of poor people especially at rural areas and to improve food security in Egypt
