Prof. Dr. Ali Shams El Din, the President of Benha University has monitored today 18/06/2016 the works of the QS Star teamwork which headed by Prof. Dr. Hesham Abu El Enin, the University Vice-president for Postgraduate Studies and Researches' Affairs and by the attendance of Prof. Dr. Maher Hasab El Naby, the Advisor to the University President for the Scientific Research.

Prof. Dr. Gamal Ismail, Benha University Vice-president for Community Service and Environment Development said in the frame of the University care to encourage the small enterprises, the Sector of Community Service has established enterprises for sons of Qalyoubia with cooperation of the Faculty of Agriculture and the International Labor Organization.

Benha University President meets a Delegation from the Embassy of Indonesia Prof. Dr. Ali Shams El Din, the President of Benha University has met a delegation from the Embassy of Indonesia in Cairo to discuss the cooperation ways between the two sides.

The delegation has included Mrs. Lawty Sotiga, Media and Cultural Chancellor of the Embassy and Dr. Saied El Safa, the Professor of the Arab Literature in Gadjah Mada University. The meeting has been attended by Prof. Dr. Gamal Ismail, the University Vice-president for Community Service and Environment Development; Prof. Dr. Hesham Abu El Enin, the University Vice-president for Postgraduate Studies and Researches' Affairs; and Dr. El Sawy El Sawy, the Professor at the University.

Benha University has participated in the European Standards and Guidelines (ESG) Conference 2016 which held in Vienna, Austria on Monday, 09/05/2016 and Tuesday, 10/05/2016.The Conference has been organized by the European Association of Institutions in Higher Education “EURASHE” in the presence of Prof. Michal Karpisck, the Secretary General of the Association. It is worth mentioning that Benha University has been represented by Prof. Dr. Ghazy M.R. Assassa, the Advisor to the University President for Information Technology and THE University CIO.

With coordination of the Student Unions of Universities, Benha University has won 6 medals in Ain Shams University Forum for the People with Special Needs under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Ali Shams El Din, the University President and Prof. Dr. Soliman Mustafa, the University Vice-president for Education and Students' Affairs. 

Prof. Dr. Ali Shams El Din, the President of Benha University has opened the Annual Scientific Conference of the Faculty of Agriculture in Moshtohor under the title of” Agriculture in Egypt and modern challenges” on Monday, 09/05/2016.
In this respect, the speakers of the Conference have handled the plans of agricultural development in Egypt in the light of the national project to reclaim one and half million feddans. 

   In cooperation with the British Cultural Council, the Scientific Researches Fund in Benha University organized a workshop on “How to apply for Projects financed by Newton/Moshraffa Fund” under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Ali Shams El Din, the University President and Prof. Dr. Hesham Abu El Enin, the University Vice-president for Postgraduate Studies and Researches' Affairs. 

Prof. Dr. Ali Shams El Din, the President of Benha University has received a delegation headed by Dr. Mayumi Terrano, the President of the Japanese International Cooperation Agency “JICA” in the presence of Prof. Dr. Gamal Ismail, the University Vice-president for Community Service and Environment Development Affairs and Prof. Dr. Sameh Nada, the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering in Benha

Under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Ali Shams El Din, the President of Benha University; the University has participated in the 6th QS Middle East and Africa Professional Leaders in Education Conference and Exhibition “QS-MAPLE” which organized by the United Arab Emirates University (UAEU) with cooperation of QS in the duration from May 10 to 12, 2016 in AL Ain. 

Prof. Dr. Ali Shams El Din, the President of Benha University has issued a resolution to form a committee from the University professors in various disciplines and faculties to assume the tasks of the international relations which activated upon the memorandums of understanding and cooperation signed with the top international universities in China, Japan, France, England, and others for openness to the world and encouraging the international cooperation in the fields of scientific research and the education activities
